  1. Update Ipar Vendor

When a product is purchased by a new vendor in the system the vendor listed on Ipar report should update or change to reflect the new supply arrangement. In our market the supply side is dynamic and vendors carry the same lines and trading relationships with venues change frequently. I don't really want the Ipar report suggesting an order for a product from the incorrect or old/ previous vendor.

  2. inventory costs and vendors need a default assignment

to make our job easier, inventory costs and vendors should have a default assignement, because as it is, everytime we go to set up a new client, we have to assign the vendor and assign costs.....it is hugely a time suck.....

  3. Reporting: Changing from ML to TOT/Bottle per category

We should have the option to change product views from ML to TOT or Bottle per category instead of having to do each line item seperately.

  4. Allow Batch Mixes/Prep Items to be Purchased

Enabling Batch Mixes & Prep Items to be purchased would improve accountability for Variety Packs and eliminate the need inventory workarounds or variety consolidation. It would also enhance any ability to transfer batched goods between locations in the event intra-client transfers are enabled.

  5. UOM to EOM Estimator

Can a new column be added to EOM estimator - would like to see it the UOM for all the items and/or can we get a column that converts the estimated on hand to bottles?

  6. Static Inventory - Autofill

There are several clients in our area that keep items locked in an office, set aside for events, in deadstock bins or offsite storage. Currently there are 2 methods for entering this information into the Sculpture site. 1- Export an inventory file for the station from your previous week and import that file into the current audit 2-Manually fill the counts and/or weights in from the keyboard A Static Inventory station with an autofill option would be more efficient. A check/uncheck box method, like the Drink Recipe imports, would work great here. If an item is no longer deemed "Static", scroll down the list, uncheck the box and allow the remaining items to have their weights/counts automatically added to inventory with a button at the top of the screen.

  7. Show Stations previous count (even if empty this period) on recount report

We had a client suggest that the recount reports should also have the areas that previously had product on the report show on the recount report even if it is 0 on hand this week. This way the client knows everywhere we looked for that product and makes it easier for them to see if we missed an area (it is a very large client)

  8. Remote login to the App

I’d like to suggest a feature for the Sculpture Hospitality app that I believe would add significant value and improve efficiency for both our team and our clients. Several platforms, such as WISK, offer a virtual login or remote navigation feature that allows a user to securely log into the app on behalf of another user. This makes it possible to either guide the person holding the device step by step or, when permitted, directly navigate the app remotely to resolve issues in real time. Today alone, I personally visited two employees and one client to troubleshoot scanner and app-related issues. Between travel and on-site time, this took over four hours. A remote access or virtual login capability would have allowed these issues to be resolved quickly without the need for in-person visits. This feature would be especially beneficial for remote clients and choice/select/self serve accounts, reducing downtime, saving travel time, and improving overall support responsiveness. I believe it would significantly enhance our operational efficiency and client experience. I wanted to see if this is something that could be explored or added to the app roadmap.

  9. EOM Estimate needs "tenths" like the IPAR.

The EOM is a great tool. Ive been using it for EOM. HOwever, it has an even greater use, if this feature is added. Currently it only displays OZ Onhand and Onhand Costs. It needs to have the number of units (how many bottles tenthed for Liquor, Wine, CHampagne and Kegs). Clients dont mind not getting Varinace reports in an emergency missed audit or holiday being skipped. But they really dont like to not havinging thier IPAR for ordering or for weekly or monthly Onhand Values. Many clients demand that we be there and do not evr miss an audit becasue they need their orders done. We want them reliant on us. if we could use the EOM Estimate to provide them thier counts for an order , when we just cant make an audit, they are still happy (at least that is what mine rely on). Currently I have had to convert the current data to "Onhand Counts". This is extremly tedious and time consuming for a variety of reasons. Another great and additional enhancement would be to calculate EOm aftre the 1st. In other words, being able to use the count done aftre the 1st, put in sales and purchases, and have the software back out the purchased product and add in the cost of sales.

  10. intellipar needs fixed for cleaning up brands with no usage and nothing on hand

In our effort to provide clean looking reports, the intellipar report needs to function as intended and not not how it does. What currently doesn't work is that when you set the report to not show and clear itself of items that have nothing on hand and no usage, it doesn't.

  11. Improved Walking Order List

Issue: The purpose of each Walking Order is not conveyed to the user within the app. With zero pertinent info provided in the listed names, users are confused and incorrect lists are selected. Current List Master BMaster CMaster DMaster E Proposed Solution Develop ability to create, remove and rename Walking Orders within the Sculpture Platform.Client should default with only one Walking Order to reduce clutter & confusion. When saving Walking Order within the app, safeguards should be included to ensure consultant-generated orders are not errantly overwritten (either backups or logic check to disable saving to a list other than what was originally loaded). By providing only Walking Orders that are needed and that are appropriately named, their purpose becomes clear and processes are simplified during times that can be challenging (e.g. new user due to turnover). Additionally, alternative value can be derived from alternate usage (e.g. generating order vs. variance evaluation). Example Master A ➜ Daily Spot CheckMaster B ➜ US Foods OrderMaster C ➜ Sysco OrderMaster D ➜ Produce OrderMaster E ➜ Weekly Protein CountsMaster F ➜ EOM Full Inventory

  12. Ingredient Switch

Can we update this tool to have checkboxes like the Purge Inactive Recipes under Sales? Right now, we have to accept all changes or reject all.

  14. Report to compare current purchases to last weeks recommended orders …

it would be great to have a report that references the recommended order from previous audit , compares it to what was actually ordered in the current period , and also references current on hand to help identify a number of things : iPar settings that need priority to being adjusted This report would help clients trust and use the iPar more closely resulting in more brand stickiness and better retention. Help client cash flow Lower inventory levels which makes for less time spent counting . For example, if they had 5 btls last week and last weeks iPar recommended ordering 12 and they ordered 24, but for current on hand they have 26 bottles , they obviously didn’t need the 24 . It should flag those items and show to client how much benefit following the recommended orders has. It would also likely result in them trusting that report more, and allow us to more quickly adjust settings to keep things lean but stocked **I know there is the report on the Online Dashboard, but this report DOES NOT compare it to current on hand or help identify the over orders or settings that need to be adjusted, it only compares current purchases to last wees recommended orders.

  15. Intellipar par period comparison

Allow us to pick a past audit to create the current pars and ordering quantities....this would be useful when the client is facing an extremely large sales day or week and could base their orders on what happened the same period a year ago...example. when the client is faced with a st patricks day week combined with march madness....it does them no good to look at the last couple of weeks, but to base the upcoming orders on last year when the same events happened.
