Cannot edit counts from varince report drop down menu's on Beta using mixed iNventory. This is a HUGE issue as the most effective way to adjust counts. Was not raised as a impact on new inventory layout

When you are adding a manual count - in the drop down window where you search for product to add once the product options are loaded and you select a product and size this search drop down freezes and does not disappear after you have selected what you want. Depending on the size of seacrh / product drop down its a real pain as it covers the other sections of the "add" screen. I ended up having to add some product via the app and re-sync because I could not use this area given the frozen section

1: "Quick Add" isn't quick at all. Takes much longer to loan an item than before. 2: Why does toggling between default and detailed view need to refresh the entire page? This takes so long now compared to before. 3: Searching by station does not populate everything that is actually in that station, which makes manually bypassing a station's counts nearly impossible. 4: We used to be able to include an item size or station name in the search bar to help quickly populate a specific product that we are looking for. Now that is no longer an option and searching for brands takes so much longer than before.

We should be able to edit previous weeks counts from the current week on hand screen instead of having to switch periods back and forth and reload the entire on hand page each time.

Much slower to load inventory screenDelet counts option very hit and miss- most times cannot delte a count (tried switch view and reducing sort etc etc could use delete some times mainly in default view. However most times would not accept the delete and had to change the count to on handwhen using search feature it does not include batch recipe ingredienst as in the past. So search XXX gin and only that product is presented and NOT any batches that contain the gin as an ingredient are returned. This is unlike old inventory and not best practice really

Can a new column be added to EOM estimator - would like to see it the UOM for all the items and/or can we get a column that converts the estimated on hand to bottles?

We had a client suggest that the recount reports should also have the areas that previously had product on the report show on the recount report even if it is 0 on hand this week. This way the client knows everywhere we looked for that product and makes it easier for them to see if we missed an area (it is a very large client)

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the new feature. Currently, when viewing all stations, we can see both the counts and weights for an item, which is very helpful. However, when we switch to a specific station such as the Patio Bar it only displays the weights, not the counts. Please refer to the screenshot below. This creates a bit of a slowdown in our process, as we have to double-check the station view and then refer back to the overall view to get the full counts and weights. If this can be updated so that both counts and weights are visible when filtering by a specific station, it would make things much more efficient on our end. Appreciate your attention to this, and let me know if you need any clarification.

Cannot delete items when in detailed view

The new Mixed Inventory screen could use a scollbar.

We should have the option to change product views from ML to TOT or Bottle per category instead of having to do each line item seperately.

When weighing, we should add the ability to swipe up to change to the counting screen and add a bottle.

Currently (as you all know) there are two ways to Blacklist an item when importing sales. Individually selecting Items when in Step 4 -Preview Sales Data" before importing sales data. (These selections are shown in the Sales Import Log File so you can see what was blacklisted)Individually selecting items to blacklist AFTER importing sales and within the sales screen (As far as I know, there IS NO log file or way to see items that were blacklisted using this option) *Many POS sales files will have multiple (Sometimes 10+ line items for the same matching sales item when using Option 1 above). I know when you select one of them, it automatically selects all of the others with the same PLU/Item Name, but due to the length of this list it is often times much faster IMO to go ahead and import and then blacklist items after the import has been done using the second option above. Issue: Blacklisting a sales Item that should not have been blacklisted is one of the hardest things to identify in future periods due to the length of some of these sales files we are importing. If not caught and fixed, it obviously directly creates inaccurate reports. My issue, is that there is NO WAY to review (as far as I know) all items that have been blacklisted in an audit, you ONLY have access to review the ones that were blacklisted using option 1 above. Recommended Improvement: Add an option to "Review all Items Blacklisted this period" (Which could include all items blacklisted using both option 1 and option 2 above in one list) or adding a log file to "Review all Items Blacklisted AFTER importing sales" so at least we have the ability to see ALL Items that were blacklisted during any given audit period. This is EXTREMLY IMPORTANT when reviewing audits, especially for oversight for newer staff members.

The sound effect for this denotes "bad". I have had this go off in front of several clients and they ask "are you doing something wrong?" The prompt for this in the app only gives you one option to accept and then proceeds to take you to your database list with options to choose from. Since you have no choice but to accept the prompt, the prompt isn't necessary. I would recommend removing the prompt, change the sound and when a UPC is scanned that has been assigned to multiple items, have the app take you to the list of brands to choose from immediately.
